Many top quality agency's wants and needs talented graphic designers who can show off and demonstrate a high quality level of work, showing all different abilities yet producing top work. 

The ideal candidate will have at thorough knowledge and understanding of designing for print  an eye for detail, and a few years agency experience under their belts. they should feel comfortable working quickly and efficiently be a cheerful and good team member. A thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and a ‘can do’ attitude are essential.

The work will consist of mainly print based communications for large corporations brochures, DM packs and corporate identity development. they will be responsible for taking their work from brief to artwork, combining excellent creative ideas and meticulous attention to very fine detail. this is to produce outstanding work.  you should be happy to discuss and present ideas to fellow peers and always working to deadlines, A thorough knowledge and ability in Adobe Creative Suite

 4)Ability to articulate and present creative ideas
 5)Self motivated, organised and accountable. 

Qualifications that will be needed to take this job on, a foundation degree, HND or degree in graphic design or other art and design-based subject. You will also need a working knowledge of desktop design software such as Illustrator, InDesign or QuarkXPress, and image editing packages like Photoshop. You can do courses in these at colleges, private training providers and through self-study.
You will need to keep your skills up to date throughout your career.
